StreamLine
Small space living is an increasingly prevalent trend, driven by factors such as rising urbanization, the need for sustainable living, and a desire for minimalism. However, the furniture industry has struggled to keep pace with this trend and often neglects the specific needs of this growing market. This is particularly evident in kitchens, where limited counter space quickly becomes cluttered with countertop appliances. The visual language and form factor of these appliances tend to exacerbate the problem, not considering neighboring appliances, for instance. The result: more hardware, less countertop. StreamLine consolidates four appliances—convection oven, toaster, air fryer, and coffee machine—into one, minimizing the amount of counter space required and maximizing functionality. The coffee machine, for instance, features a pod refilling system, which eliminates the need for separate coffee accessories and provides fresh coffee with every use. The cohesive visual language of StreamLine creates a more streamlined and efficient countertop experience that better suits the needs of its users and the modern small living space.
